Welcome to Duncan Floor Company. Linda and Dave Ngare are the directors and have been for 21 years. Prior to that Linda’s brother Russ owned and operated the company where Linda was involved in the administration of the company. Before that Linda’s Father Frank ran and operated the company.
Bill Duncan who started the company although not a blood relative was like an uncle to Linda.
As a long time family business we adhere to old fashioned values of service and integrity while keeping up with modern developments.
When not working Linda and Dave chauffeur their two teenage girls to various school and sporting activities.
When time allows we like to get away to the beach. Linda and the girls are involved with surf lifesaving while Dave pursues his passion for fishing (unfortuntately not as often as he wishes).
